1. Do you have a price list for all products?: No, our price is offered based on your specification (size, packing, glazing . . . ) and raw material price which vary from time to time.
2. Can you fix a price for a long term contract?: Usually we have monthly basic offers. Depending on your specifications and raw material situation we can have a long term contract with fixed price for 3-6 months.
3. Can you pack private labels?: Yes.
4. What’s your anti-dumping tariff for US market?: Our anti-dumping tariff for US market uses to be 6.81%, but since 2010, it reduces to 0%
5. What’s the minimum order?: For the trial first order we can accept minimum 5MT. But you need to find other suppliers in Vietnam to combine with other products in one container. For the following orders we need at least one 20ft container for each order (about 9-10 MT).
6. Can I receive some samples from you?: Samples can be delivered to your appointed airport. You can have it customs cleared yourself or by an air forwarder in your place.
7. How long does it take to produce one container?: It depends, if we don't have too many orders for that month it takes averagely 2 weeks for us to produce one 40ft container. It will be ideal if you place an order at least 3 weeks before the shipment date.
